Introductory Letter
- On April 30, 2024, the Receiver emailed all Unit Owners and Residents utilizing the most recent email address provided to the Heron Pond Condominium Association an Introductory Letter, a copy of the Court’s April 26, 2024 Order Granting Verified Petition for Appointment of a Receiver, and a Contact Form to be completed and return.
